Benebone

Benebone is a US based pet toys brand and has a successful Amazon business in North America but has never sold directly in UK or Europe. With 300M active customers in Europe, Amazon was going to play a key role in their European roll out.​

Benebone is available through Amazon retail in North America, but our guidance for Europe was to sell directly on marketplace. We built and executed on a comprehensive advertising plan to capture chew toys market share quickly – within 6 months the Benebone Wishbone was the best-selling chew toy on Amazon. As a new brand in Europe, brand experience was integral – so we designed a new store which saw sales/visitor grow 20%+.​
