Approach

65% of worldwide Amazon GMV is now on marketplace, so we immediately setup Ingersoll on marketplace, enabling them to sell direct to consumer at higher margins. We helped them understand the tax requirements to store inventory in UK & EU FCs and onboard onto Pan-EU FBA (fulfilment by Amazon). Today Ingersoll products are stored in 20+ FCs across 7 countries – keeping products closer to consumers and Prime eligible for Prime members.​

To continue to drive growth, we’ve helped Ingersoll develop exclusive models for Amazon. In a fashion category like watches, and with an ASP of €300+, elevating the Ingersoll brand was a focus. We helped Ingersoll enrol in brand registry and build bespoke Amazon images, A+ & a brand stores.
