TW Steel is a Dutch watch brand, famous for their Motorsport inspired timepieces. They had previously supplied Amazon retail who would move inventory around Europe, but post Brexit their Amazon revenue declined to nill.

Approach
TW Steel no longer had access to a vendor manager within Amazon retail, so we helped them setup a selling account and onboarded them onto Fulfillment by Amazon. We helped them understand the tax requirements for storing inventory in countries outside the Netherlands, and fulfilment programs that enable inventory storage closer to EU customers post Brexit. Today, 90% of EU shipments are Fulfilled by Amazon.
TW Steel also needed a different product strategy for Amazon. We worked with them to manufacture archive collections at different price points to their D2C site, and within 6 months these represented the majority of sales.
We enrolled in brand registry to access the latest marketing tools and built new Amazon assets to elevate the brand. Within 6 months, TW Steel was trending to ship over 1000+ units in Europe annually so expanded into North America with Amazon also.
